At Alphaa Perfumes, we take great care to deliver your products safely and in perfect condition. However, if your item arrives damaged, broken, or leaked, you are eligible for a return or replacement under the following conditions:

  1. Unboxing Video Requirement
  • A clear unboxing video is mandatory as proof for any return or replacement request.
  • The video must start before opening the package and clearly show the outer packaging, shipping label, and the process of unboxing.
  • Without a proper unboxing video, no return or replacement can be processed.
  1. Eligible Return Conditions

We accept returns or replacements only if:

  • The product is damaged, broken, or leaked at the time of delivery.
  • You notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order.
  • You provide the unboxing video proof and order details to our support team.
  1. Non-Returnable Items
  • Perfumes that have been used, tested, or opened (without damage) are not eligible for return.
  • Issues related to
  • fragrance preference, longevity, or personal liking
  • are not covered under returns.

  2. Contact our customer support team via email or WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery.
  3. Share your order ID, unboxing video, and a brief description of the issue.
  4. Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or refund as per our policy.
  5. Important Note

We do not accept returns for minor packaging dents or scratches that do not affect the product quality.

The decision to approve a return or replacement lies solely with Alphaa Perfumes after verifying the submitted proof.
